Getting the flooring laid in our bedroom has allowed me to see the potential for finishing this house someday - what a difference! I love how bright our room is.Our schedule for this week is sort of up in the air, but the goal is to finish all the hardwood by Friday night. We only have one complete room and a few end rows in other rooms to finish.
As for after the hardwood is finished, our focus will turn to our next big project - finishing the flooring downstairs. Not one I'm looking forward to, but it is the last really large "quality of life" project we have to undertake.
While I'm tiling downstairs Peter is going to build a closet organizer for the closet in the office and then get to work building the pantry and oven cupboards for the kitchen.
